How to do Cat-Camel Back Stretch: Start on hands and knees (tabletop position). CAMEL: Inhale, let belly drop, lift head and tailbone. HOLD 3 seconds. CAT: Exhale, round back up like an angry cat. Tuck chin, tuck tailbone. HOLD 3 seconds. Alternate slowly for 10-15 cycles. Conditions it helps: back-pain, cervical, sciatica, posture, disc-problems. Contraindications: Acute spinal fracture.
