Knee Strengthening Circuit is a beginner level physio exercise taking 10 minutes. Body parts: knees, quadriceps, hamstrings. Benefits: Strengthens muscles supporting the knee joint. Reduces knee pain over 4-8 weeks. Slows arthritis progression. Improves walking and stair-climbing ability. Prevents future knee injuries. How to do Knee Strengthening Circuit: 1. Straight leg raises: Lie on back, bend one knee, lift other leg 6 inches. 10 reps each.. 2. Wall sits: Lean against wall, slide down to 45°. Hold 10-30 seconds. 5 reps.. 3. Step-ups: Step up onto a low step, 10 each leg.. 4. Hamstring curls: Stand, curl heel toward glute. 10 each.. 5. Calf raises: Rise onto toes. 15 reps.. Do entire circuit 2-3 times. Conditions it helps: knee-pain, arthritis, post-surgery, osteoarthritis. Contraindications: Acute knee swelling, Post-surgery — follow doctor's protocol, Locked knee. Tips: NEVER push through sharp pain — work within comfort. Ice knees after if any swelling occurs. Consistency matters more than intensity for knees.
