Cooling Breath (शीतली, Śītalī) is a beginner level pranayama practice taking 3 minutes. Body parts: lungs, nervous-system. Benefits: Cools the body and reduces body temperature. How to do Cooling Breath: Sit comfortably, spine erect. Roll tongue into a tube (curl sides up). If you can't curl tongue, make an O shape with lips. Inhale slowly through the curled tongue/O-lips.
