Triangle Pose (त्रिकोणासन, Trikoṇāsana) is a beginner level hatha practice taking 2 minutes. Body parts: legs, hips, spine, core. Benefits: Stretches and strengthens thighs, knees, and ankles. Extend left arm toward ceiling, palm forward. Turn head to look at left thumb, hold 30 seconds. Repeat on other side. Breathing: Exhale into the pose, breathe steadily while holding.
